|How do I change or cancel my order?|
|If you have an account on our site, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you do not have an account or your order is no longer editable, you may contact customer service.|
|How do I track my order?|
|You should receive an email notification from us when your package is shipped. You should also receive a separate email notification from our shipping partners when your order ships with tracking information. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until the shipping company scans your package. You may contact customer service if you have further questions or are in need of additional assistance.|
|My order never arrived...|
Please refer to "How do I track my order?" above. If you received the email notification with Package Tracking Numbers from our shipping partners, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.
Non-Delivery of Order Notification
If your order did not arrive, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the shipping company and to notify BEAST Tuning in writing within 30 days of the ship date. Although you are responsible for filing the claim, we will assist you in obtaining the information that is necessary.
Refunds and replacement items are contingent upon the shipping company's claim review and will not be awarded until after this review is complete. Shipping claims are normally resolved about 30 days after the date the claim is filed.
|An item is missing...|
Please check the invoice/packing slip that should arrive with your order. If, an item has been back ordered, is no longer available, or has been shipped separately, it should be stated on this document. If you received an email notification with Package Tracking Numbers from our shipping partners, check with the shipper to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
|I received the wrong product...|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|My product is missing parts...|
|Please contact customer service for assistance.|
|When will my backorder arrive?|
|Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.|
